Responsible for customer's overall in-store experience by providing customer service, understanding customer's needs, recommending suitable apparel based on customer's needs, and offering an alternative to customers.- Promotes sales through positive customer service efforts
Keep the store organized and clean
- Works under varying schedules
Actively maintains a global brand image.- Attend store meetings and assist store manager during store meetings.
Assist store manager in managing daily store operations and should act as an OIC when needed.
- Responsible for assisting the store manager in preparing operation reports.
Assist store manager in leading the team in achieving target sales. Perform other related appropriate duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Graduate of a 4-year course
- Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience as a store manager in a retail/clothing store
Strong customer service and communication skills- Team player and can handle work in a fast-paced environment
Enjoys interacting with different types of people
- Flexible in work schedule and location
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22,
