Clinical Trainer (USRN)

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and Design Training Solutions: Identify business performance gaps and create training programs to address them.
• Develop and Implement Training: Create and deliver training materials, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Facilitate Knowledge Transfer: Train new employees and provide refresher courses for existing staff using various methods.
• Classroom Management: Monitor learner performance and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.
• Coordinate Training Delivery: Work with co-facilitators and subject matter experts to meet training needs.
• Measure and Track Performance: Evaluate learner performance and update training plans as needed.
• Implement Clinical Training Initiatives: Support program health by training multiple associates.
• Report and Update: Create status reports, participate in calls, and update training materials and job aids.
• Participate in Calibration Exercises: Engage in learning events with the team and onshore partners.
• Conduct Coaching Sessions: Assess trainee competencies and support individual learning pathways.

Requirements:

• Education: BA/BS in a related field.
• Experience: 5 years of training experience, with at least 3 years in Utilization Management.
• Skills: Excellent facilitation, content development, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and/or internationally, potentially for 4-10 consecutive weeks.
• International Training Experience: Required for Learning & Development Operations and Clinical Training Specialists.
