QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a Diploma in BS in Pharmacy, with at least 1 year of previous hospital experience, and at least 1 year specializing in the area of Clinical Pharmacy.
Must be holder of a valid Philippine License to practice Pharmacy as issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Pharmacy.
Must posses at least 12 months pre-registration training and experience in Clinical
