FATIMA UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER is actively hiring for CLINICAL PHARMACIST with the following basic function and qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a Diploma in BS in Pharmacy, with at least 1 year of previous hospital experience, and at least 1 year specializing in the area of Clinical Pharmacy.
Must possess or be currently enrolled in a Masters Degree in Pharmacy- Should possess a Doctorate in Pharmacy
Must be holder of a valid Philippine License to practice Pharmacy as issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Pharmacy.
- Must posses at least 12 months pre-registration training and experience in Clinical Pharmacy or any related specialty training programs.
