Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for US Clinical Positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Utilize various recruitment methods and channels to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1-2 years of recent US Clinical Recruitment experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Familiarity with recruiting for allied positions like (Medical Lab Technologists, Ultrasound Techs, Sonographers, Radiology Techs, X-Ray Techs, CT Technologists, and Occupational/Physical Therapists)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be amenable to work onsite (office is located in Insular Life Building along Ayala Avenue, Makati)
