The Position

Roche is looking for a Clinical Marketing Manager who is responsible for developing clinical promotion strategy and driving clinical promotion of high medical value products that includes mapping patient journey for responsible disease area, and developing target account and clinicians engagement strategy to support organization to achieve business goal.
Key responsibilities include;
Develop a clinical promotion strategy (and disease strategy, if applicable) and plan for the high medical value products by identifying gaps along the patient journey, with an aim to identify investment opportunities and to shape the ecosystem.
Collaborate with Roche Pharma in looking into opportunities as required.
Drive clinical promotion of high medical value products through understanding clinician's prescriber habit throughout the patient journey.
Support sales team in tender negotiation through providing clinicians insights on clinical utilities of high medical value products to differentiate from competition.
Develop and establish a KOL network for responsible disease areas.
Plan and conduct CME activities to drive clinical awareness for the responsible product group.
Develop customers profile i.e. account profile and clinicians profile related to disease management.
Be sensitive to the competitive information, and actively collect and feedback competitors information.
Collaborate closely with sales team to support sales work.
Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager.
Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behaviour in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection.
Responsible to report incident / accident immediately to SHE department. Attend / complete all requisite on-line and F2F trainings (Role specific, Safety Responsibility and Compliance) within specified time limit.
Who you are:
Bachelor Degree in Science preferably in Health Sciences or Clinical Diagnostics with minimum 3 years experience in Sales and/or similar marketing experience in multinational medical related company.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking and planning skills with proven analytical and forward-looking thought
process.
Proven commercial acumen with strong understanding of financials.
Stakeholder management skill with the experience of collaborations with cross-function
teams and different types of external stakeholders.
Clinician engagement experience.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to travel to share experience and support other teams.
