The _Clinical Application Specialist_ provides end-user training for new equipment to healthcare professionals and develop the company's business partnerships by expanding market reach and shares.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Educates and trains healthcare professionals to use new equipment through product presentations and demo.
Establish business partnership by developing and executing winning clinical sales strategies to expand market reach and share
- Monitor market prices, provide input on competitive price developments and product positioning based on win or loss analysis
Lead the business-to-business account management by establishing and managing customer relationship- Conduct regular visits to customers, obtained direct feedback from them and audit training given to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, assists in preparing and checking machine for delivery
Participates in company-sponsored convention and seminars
- Configure product specification
Supporting educational partnerships with key opinion leaders and training centers- Acquire good product knowledge and keeping up-to-date with developments in the cardiac imaging field
Setting up documentation for pre- or post-customer training, such as quick guides, presentations, tutorials, turning customer`s into power-users, etc.
- Documentation of all customer contacts via Circle's CRM platform, HubSpot
Remote technical support to solve customer questions- May be given additional task related to job functions
- Any (4)-year Medical Course or related-experience in Ultrasound technical / Clinical industry.
Demonstrate and experience working on Ultrasound System.- Excellent communication skills and ability to train or conduct presentations
Pro-active, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Customer friendly and solution oriented, and responsible
Committed and shows initiative- Ability to work independently and works well with the team
Willing to _
travel extensively 75+% of the time for (4) to (5) days per week_.
