As a Clinic Nurse specializing in vaccination, you will play a crucial role in promoting and administering vaccines to patients. Your primary responsibility will be to educate individuals about the benefits of vaccination, promote it as a preventive measure, and ensure that the vaccination process is carried out efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will be tasked with providing exceptional customer service to create a positive experience for patients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Educate individuals about the importance and benefits of vaccination as a preventive healthcare measure.
- Promote vaccination services within the community and encourage individuals to get vaccinated.
- Serve as a point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions regarding vaccinations.
- Administer vaccines to patients following established clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Record and maintain accurate patient information, vaccination records, and inventory of vaccines.
- Perform administrative tasks related to vaccine administration, such as scheduling appointments, billing, and sales transactions.
- Act with confidence, reliability, and trustworthiness to instill confidence in patients and ensure a safe and professional environment for vaccination procedures.
