Manage the client's needs and concerns sending of health care and nutrition care plan, prescription pads, follow-up consult dates, laboratory tests preparations, online payments
- Assists clients during /actual onsite visits or online consultation
Conducts IVT injections- Coordinates with the doctors, nutritionists, skin specialists and health coaches, re: recommendations for the clients, concerns, requests
Process Covid antigen testing of staff and/ clients if needed
- Endorse pertinent lab tests and documents of the clients to the care team
Attends case studies and participates in collaborative care approach- Ensure proper handling/filing of patients charts. Record/update patients details to google trackers.
Contact Inactive clients and offer follow up consultations (depending on client's health concern), and new promos and/or products & services
- Upsell/cross-sell other products/services of the clinic/ RHG after every consultation depending on the client's needs (health goal and health concern)
Assist in any medical/ skincare treatment/products of the dermatologist- Manage inventory, fulfill purchase orders, receive medical and skin specialists supplies.
Other tasks assigned by Commercial Team Lead, Client Services Lead and/or Medical Heads
- Experience in derma clinic is a plus
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong area
- Strong customer-service orientation
