RESPONSIBILITIES:- Utilize medical training and knowledge to assist the company's members and guests who needs medical attention.
Ensure safety standards are met all. Must identify any potential safety hazards in the work environment.- Coordinate medical concerns of members, guests, and employees to the Doctor on-duty
Interpret and document an employee's medical complaints using medical histories and diagnostic tests.
- Coordinate health care services for injured employees and counsel employees about non-occupational injuries.
Facilitate effective communication between an employee needing further medical attention and the management.- Manage medical records, create emergency workplace preparedness plans and evaluate healthcare delivery system.
Perform any related duties from time-to-time as requested by the management.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Nursing or equivalent.
- Preferably with Professional License
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Must be client-centered and service driven
Having an Emergency Medical Technician certification is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills is necessary
