Job Description
- Participates in developing and implementing new clinical practices, policies, procedures & systems to enhance existing clinic services and raise the standards of patient care at MyH.
- Assists in developing long range plans and implementing marketing campaigns to increase the clinic's profitability.
- Presides monthly meetings and addresses clinic operations concerns and issues. Rolls out new policies and protocols to all clinic staff members.
- Assists in developing and implementing cost effective policies and procedures for all administrative and operational areas.
- Resolves problems, both administrative and operational issues, including maintenance of clinic facilities, machines and network concerns ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Acts as liaison officer between the clinic and external parties.
- Coordinates with the Cluster Heads and Sales & Marketing to address customer expectations and complaints.
- Monitors the work schedules of the medical doctors and staff to ensure that daily staffing requirements are adequate.
- Endorses doctor applicants to the Cluster Heads for credentialing and forwards the required documents to the Admin. Assistant for filing.
- Requests HRD to prepare consultancy contracts after approval of the Cluster Head. Explains the provisions of the contract to the consultant before signing and have the copies returned to HRD for notarization.
- Conducts the final interview and makes hiring decision on the applicants endorsed by HRD for vacancies in the clinic.
- Conducts review of medical and laboratory results.
- Conducts regular performance evaluation reviews of direct reports and validates the result of performance appraisals for all the clinic personnel.
- Identifies training and development needs of the clinic personnel and recommends training to maintain/enhance performance.
- Coaches, disciplines and motivates the clinic personnel to create and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Proper use of all safeguards and safety devices furnished for workers protection and that of others
- Comply with instructions to prevent accidents or imminent danger situations in the workplace.
- Observed prescribed steps to be taken in cases of emergency including participation in the conduct of national or local disaster drill.
- Report to their immediate supervisor or any other responsible safety and health personnel any work hazard that may be discovered in the workplace.
- Participate in capacity building activities on safety and health and other OSH related topics and programs.

- Work Experience & Duration of Requirements
At least 3 years experience in the same capacity, preferably gained from the same industry.
