Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Education Manager to oversee our educational programs. The Clinical Education Manager will work closely with the Chief People Officer, the Manager of Human Resources and the Clinical Operations Managers to develop and implement educational initiatives for healthcare professionals, patients, and the community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice, as well as experience in teaching, curriculum development, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing a strategic vision for clinical education programs.
Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Education to assess educational needs and develop effective programs.
Coordinate the delivery of educational programs, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clinical partners, educational institutions, and community organizations.
Provide support and guidance to clinical staff, educators, and students.
Stay informed of developments in healthcare and education, and incorporate new knowledge into educational programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Current clinical license (e.g., RN, PT, OT, etc.)
Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years experience in education and training.
Strong project management skills, with at least 5 years experience in education & training
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
