Job descriptionAs a Clinic Administrator you will handle 9 branches in Luzon and Visayas. You plans, organizes and directs all operational and administrative services in the clinic. Ensures quality of service and work efficiency is maintained to the highest standard in all clinics.
- Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain quality working relationships with internal and external organizations
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures that are in alignment with clinic regulations
- Administer the schedule of all staffs in the clinics
- Ensure timely replenish of supplies, materials and stocks in the clinics
- Submit all reports required by the Chief Operating Officer (COO) within the required period
- Assist the HR personnel in screening and hiring branch staffs
- Responsible in maintenance of all facilities and equipment in the clinic
- Ensuring optimal patient relations
- Knowledge of insurance processes, new medical treatments and government guidelines.
- Support the clinic teams in the production of training materials
- Assist the AVP for Sales & Marketing in handling and meeting the goals of the clinics
- Observe confidentiality at all times.
- Update the management to all operational matters
- Monitor attendance of staffs and make sure employees will attend all mandatory company activities
- Attend meetings of the different department in the clinic and in the head office
- Perform any other duties as appropriate to the post
- Willing to travel in all clinics in Luzon region
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
