I.SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITYThe ASC Admin Staff is responsible for greeting, receiving, and answering inquiries about the clinic's facilities and services. Also provides phone operator services and administrative support.
- II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of the ASC reception area.
Assist and respond to calls and inquiries from patients, doctors, and others.
Receives the request and creates the patient schedule for the OR Procedure.
Coordinates clinical care of patients to ASC medical staff.
Prepares and prints the game plan in coordination with ASC Manager/ Charge Nurse.
Documents PhilHealth-related data based on regulatory requirements.
Performs bookkeeping duties for required documents
Performs inventory and stock management of supplies of the ASC.
Responsibilities, functions, and deliverables that may be assigned to further enhance the quality of ASC operations.

Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in health-related field
Two (2) years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
