Job Description

Our US Partner is a group practice with qualified therapists who are dedicated to providing their clients with comprehensive and evidence-based psychological care.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be more client-facing with emails and phone calls. You must be highly skilled in writing and speaking professionally in English.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on an Onsite (Cebu-based) set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule clients within our Simple Practice EHR scheduling platform
  • Email clients to get them registered and scheduled with our office
  • Create and prep patients electronic charts
  • Assist lead entry team on occasion with entering leads into the CRM, Active Campaign
  • Assist lead entry team on occasion with reporting as needed
  • Assist Office Managers on occasion with ad-hoc tasks as needed
  • Update information within the CRM frequently
  • Communicate scheduling changes to clinicians via email

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • A minimum of 4 years in a client-facing/customer-service role
  • Excellent email skills in terms of grammar, spelling, professionalism, and empathy
  • Candidate must have superb attention to detail
  • Desired, but not required:
  • The candidate has 6 months of experience working within Google Drives (G-Suite)
  • Candidate has 6 months of experience with Active Campaign or Zoho CRMs (we're migrating to Zoho CRM in 2 months)
