Job Description:

As a Client Support Specialist, you'll provide friendly and professional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and care. You'll handle client communications, maintain essential records, and contribute to a positive client experience within the realm of personal injury law.

Shift: Night Shift
Work Setup: Onsite, Cebu City

Your Daily Tasks
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide accurate, timely support to client inquiries via phone, email, and text.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, calendaring, and document organization.
  • Assist clients with discovery questionnaires while on the phone.
  • Verify and update client contact details and ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions in firm databases.
  • Research and resolve client issues promptly, delivering satisfactory resolutions.


Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Possess a high school diploma an associate degree or higher is preferred.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Exhibit fast typing skills with the ability to perform data entry while speaking on the phone simultaneously.
  • Show strong knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation to process client information accurately, along with the ability to file materials correctly.
  • Communicate effectively with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Provide proven customer support experience or experience in a call center environment, with the ability to answer calls quickly and professionally.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality both internally and externally.
  • Display problem-solving capabilities, handle customer complaints effectively, and exercise independent judgment to resolve issues promptly within established guidelines.
