Coordinate with clients - students and parents ( (enrollment, scheduling of classes and other student related affairs)- Assist in the daily office operations
Manage and update students records for accounting purposes
- Assist in resolving any operations concerns
Perform clerical tasks as instructed by management or branch head- Handle calls regarding academic services offered or availed
- Be a graduate of Office Administration, Management, Communications, Psychology, Computer-related course, or a degree in a related field
Possesses good communication skills and organizational skills- Has intermediate computer skills
Has a pleasing personality and can easily establish a good rapport with students
