  • Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Client Success & Operations Manager. This full-time role is split equally between Client Success Management and Operations Management, ensuring smooth client interactions and efficient internal processes.


  • Responsibilities:

_Client Success Manager:_
  • Oversee client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Execute and monitor marketing campaigns to ensure successful delivery and performance.
  • Provide post-sale support, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
Analyse campaign performance, preparing detailed reports and insights for clients.

_Operations Manager:_
  • Act as an integrator, aligning various functions within the company for cohesive operations.
Implement and optimise systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure quality standards are met and manage capacity to handle client demands effectively.
Oversee hiring and training, ensuring new team members are well-integrated and equipped for success.

  • Requirements:
Proven experience in client success management and operations management.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with marketing strategies and campaign execution.
