Position: Client Success Assistant
Work Hours: 40 hours a week; 9 am to 6 pm BRT | 8:00 pm to 5:00 am Manila Time
Pay Range: $800 - $1,500/month
About The Role
As a Client Success Assistant, you'll work closely with CEO, our team and partner
creators, adopting a founder level mentality and doing whatever it takes to make their platforms
and spectacularly successful.
Responsibilities
- Support level 1 for our clients and their platform users (subscribers), interfacing with our
product/tech team for support level 2
- Uploading contents to our main creator's platforms and help them with platform
configurations
- Be part of onboardings of new creators, helping them configure their platform and upload
contents
- Other support and operational-related tasks as needed
- Gradually become Account Management of some small and medium creators.
About You
- Fluent English writer and speaker is mandatory, interacting daily with our team, clients
and their platforms users
- Availability to work as much as possible on GMT -3 timezone business hours
Requirements
- Previous 3-5 years of experience in user/client support roles for US/UK/AUS clients is a major plus
- Consul (ESFJ) personalities are preferred, as they tend to excel at this role; Kindly submit your MBTI result
- Experience with Slack, G-Suite, and ChatgPT
Work Arrangement
- Contractor agreement full time (40h per week) or part time (30h or 20h per week)
