Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Phone/email support for customer billing inquiries
Follow credit release procedures
  • Contact customers for payments
Data entry
  • Other admin projects as needed
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong verbal English communication
  • High attention to detail and process-oriented
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Accounting knowledge is a plus, but not required we value your common sense and willingness to learn!
