About Us
Our team at helps to nurture and grow the market accounts by focusing on providing high touch point client service as well as education on products and solutions thereby supporting the clients achieve their goals for both performance and branding objectives. The team works closely with cross functional teams in providing the best solutions to the mid market clients in terms of both product knowledge expertise as well as vertical insights.
Responsibilities
- Analyze advertising campaign's performance data to offer mid market clients data-driven business insights
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships of both branding or performance marketing product offerings by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, and proactively taking initiative to improve results and up-sell
- Drive education on ad products & updates and share company best practices as relevant to client or agencies business
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team
- Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign
- Spot growth opportunities for mid market clients via regular performance analysis and escalate business growth findings to all cross functional teams
- Improve product feature adoption and consistently drive product improvement from market feedback with product and go-to-market strategy
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing
- Experience in managing performance clients or agencies in either SMB or Mid Market sector
- Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges
- Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
- Understanding of measurement tools like Brand Lift Studies, MMP, pixel implementation and basic troubleshooting knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in excel
- A growth mindset with strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- E-Commerce marketplace experience is a plus
