Client Services Representative - Operations Customer Service and Support

This is a well-established global team, that supports our cutting-edge Tax Products to deliver best-in-class customer experience. The ideal candidate has a combination of customer service, billing, accounts receivable experience in addition to excellent communication skills in English and French.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learn and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, licensing and purchase terms
  • Provide quality customer service mainly via phone and email
  • Negotiate and process contract renewals
  • Log all interactions with clients in a concise fashion using designated programs
  • Effectively communicate information regarding client issues to assist with resolution
  • Display a strong understanding of the department's operating environment and available resources
  • Actively participate in various call campaigns
  • Meet various campaign goals and targets

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong call handling skills
  • Ability to work with different applications/programs concurrently
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, completeness, and thoroughness.
  • Strong research and problem solving skills
  • Ability to self-manage and work as a contributing member of a call center team
  • Ability to stay motivated in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Ability to quickly learn and master complex information
  • Ability to effectively manage dissatisfied clients
  • Strong computing skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office, CRM and billing software
  • Availability to work overtime and weekends when needed
  • Solid knowledge of the accounting cycle and/or previous work experience in an accounting office is considered an asset
  • Previous experience in a billing /accounts receivable role is considered an asset

Minimum requirements:


  • A college diploma or university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a bilingual French and English customer service environment
