GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe Client Services and Multimedia Marketing Associate plays a dual role within the organization, providing support to the Client Services Officer (CSO) in managing client relationships while also contributing to multimedia marketing initiatives.
- SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in providing timely and accurate responses to client questions, requests, and concerns.
- Assist clients with account-related inquiries, transactions, and documentation requirements.
- Support the Client Services Officer in managing client relationships and addressing client needs.
- Assist with preparing client presentations, reports, and proposals as needed.
- Coordinate client meetings and appointments, including scheduling and logistics.
- Handle client complaints and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address client issues and resolve complex problems.
- Maintain records of client interactions and issue resolutions for future reference.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering required documentation and information.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of client records and documentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and add value.
- Assist in conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Provide administrative support to the client services team, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with the preparation of client communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the client services function.
- Actively seek feedback from clients and colleagues to enhance service quality and performance.
- Multimedia Marketing
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and other multimedia materials.
- Contribute to the design and layout of marketing materials using graphic design software.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
- Support social media marketing efforts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and execute social media campaigns.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and blog posts, to support marketing initiatives.
- Edit and optimize multimedia content for various channels and platforms.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or or a related field
Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in in client services, customer support, or marketing roles.
Required Skills: Proficiency in multimedia marketing tools and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing software, and social media management tools.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
