SUMMARYThe Client Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire client request fulfillment services and ensuring compliance with the company's Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Delivery Compliance Audits. This role shall be responsible for managing the delivery of services to clients, ensuring high quality and efficiency, as well as maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in service operations, with a focus on request fulfillment, SLA management, and compliance auditing
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous process improvements- Strong attention to detail as well as analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of service delivery frameworks and best practices
