Position Overview
ISS STOXX is seeking a Junior Analyst for its Global Proxy Distribution (GPD) Client Service team. Based in Manila, you will have oversight of ISS client relationships for APAC-based banks. Working closely with Client Success teammates globally, you will help contribute to team goals and share responsibilities globally while adhering to expectations and KPIs. You will collect and share market feedback and trends to inform product road maps. Working with all teams internally (Sales, Operations, Product, etc.) you will provide outstanding client service and build upon our client relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as daily contact for clients.
- Own and manage client inquiries and issue resolution process, utilizing email, Jira, SalesForce.com and other internal tools ensuring deliverables are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Develop client relationships and drive business.
- Communicate, monitor, and maintain team goals and KPIs.
- Conduct calls/virtual visits with clients (health checks, training, relationship planning and review)
- Communicate business needs to management and product development.
- Support ISS's implementation team in ensuring the correct setup is applied.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English; Additional languages a plus
- Strong interest in finance, with understanding of financial markets and market players
- Proactive attitude, innovative, motivated, client-oriented, and commercially aware thinker with strong attention to detail
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skill; ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
