Job Description

Work Setup:Remote;Work Engagement:Contract

Work Hours:Eastern US time zone

About the role:

  • Open to work with at least 1 year contract.
  • At least5 years experience in customer service/client service mainly supporting retail clients;better if with experience with luxury brands since you'll be catering to VIPs, and VVIPs all the time.
  • 10/10English fluency with an American accent; written and oral with a US accent or has twang when speaking.
  • Aside from your resume/CV, include a 1-2 minute video/voice clip to introduce yourself.

Other Details:

  • Remote work and a laptop will be provided.
  • Must have a stable internet connection at home.
  • Will be working on weekends and Philippine public holidays.
