About the role
As a Sales Executive at Convido, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. This full-time position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, offering you the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
What you'll be doing
Account Management
- Reach out to potential and dormant clients;
- Attend networking and social functions to meet potential clients;
- Facilitate property tour or apartment viewing as requested;
- Draft rate sheets for approval;
- Primary point of contact for a client;
- Maintain a good client relationship and ensure their needs are met; and
- Setting and attending client meetings or interacting with them via telephone or written communication
Room Management
- Assign apartments to incoming guests;
- Reach out to bookers/ in house guests to determine if extension would be required;
- Endeavour to have back to back bookings to ensure maximum profit for the organization;
- Advise Management of vacancies or if there is a need to secure additional apartment; and
- Assist in acquiring new apartments by way of setting and attending viewings
Other Functions
- Assist in doing Meet & Greet of incoming guests;
- Maintain and update sales kit, including apartment photos and apartment profiles; and
- Endorse to Operations inquiries and concerns of in house guests, if any.
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the hotel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address client needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to achieving sales targets
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
