Job Description

Job Description:
We are looking to hire a qualified member to support our clients and internal operations. To be successful in this position, you must be detailed oriented, highly accurate and organized. As part of the Client Services team, you will handle communications with clients primarily through emails and some phone calls. Administrative tasks include data entry, occasional assigned projects, portal administration, document preparation and review. You will work closely with senior members of the team and other internal departments to ensure a seamless workflow.

This is a mostly remote position where you can work most days from home, with a minimum of 1-2 days in the office per month for meetings.
  • Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent client service. Direct interaction with US based clientele via email, some phone.
- Administrative work required, including data entry and other assigned tasks/projects.
- Support senior members of the Client Services team and other internals.
  • Minimum qualifications:
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English a MUST.
- Client services experience required, minimum of 2 years.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Software skills including use of MS Office and Excel.
- Must be detailed oriented, highly accurate and organized.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Excellent work habits and a strong commitment to get the job done.
- Experience working with US company, taxes, or accounting desirable.
- Must pass background check and test for employment.

Dragon Tax & Management, headquartered in Palo Alto, California, offers year-round comprehensive tax and financial strategies for both high net worth individuals and corporations. We have an established and experienced team in the Philippines looking to hire qualified members to support US client service operations.
  • Work Schedule
- Training schedule 9 pm 5:30 am Monday to Friday, local time in the Philippines, to overlap with the US west coast team.
- Regular schedule 12:00 am 8:30 am Tuesday to Saturday, local time in the Philippines, to overlap with the US west coast team.

Quezon City, along EDSA, Brgy. Philam; 3min walk to North Avenue MRT Station and the North EDSA Bus Carousel station; walking distance to Landmark Trinoma mall and SM North EDSA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php
  • 00 - Php330.00 per hour

    Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift

  • 13th month salary
