Duties and Responsibilities:- Process and Service Management
- Execute service delivery in an efficient and effective manner
Comply with wuality and security requirements within the team by conducting initial verification, identifying and documenting issues, providing feedback and documenting improvement.- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of processed data through initial data verification and schedule management.
Comply with documentation and monitoring requirements such as but not limited to Transaction Folders and Action Report.
- May be assigned as Master File Handler after passing the required certification exam.
Update client's master file and company information set up.- Verify uploaded/encoded information prior to final verification.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build rapport with internal and external clients through constant and effective communication on any service delivery related matters.
Strictly comply with internal and external Service Level Agreemetns (SLA)
- Resource Management
- Support and recommend cost saving measures to meet financial objectiev of the Company
- Personal Leadership and Teamwork
- Take ownership of personal learning and development
Ensure teamwork and discipline in the workplace- Comply with internal control activities and adhere to related policies, procedures and guidelines.
Graduate of any business-related or IT-related course- Basic to advance knowledge in MS Excel
Basic to advance knowledge in SQL
- Knowledge in payroll and/or attendance computation is an advantage
Keen on details Good communication skills
- Preferably resident of Pasig or Mandaluyong
