Qualifications:
College graduate with a degree in business and marketing management or a related course
Responsible for liaising with current and new clients for the company.
Must have a knack for resolving problems and ensuring that the campaign runs smoothly for both the client and the company.
Willing to work in Mandaluyong City and do fieldwork.
MONDAY TO SATURDAY WORK
Job Description:
Prepare client/sales visit agendas and presentations.
Assist GCSM/CSM in facilitating and overseeing the implementation of operational procedures for newly acquired accounts.
Assist GCSM/CSM in coordinating with internal teams, marketing company counterparts, and end-clients to ensure implementation activities align with project targets, KPIs, and client expectations.
Recommend or create a transition plan for the Operations team after completion of implementation activities.
Prepare post-implementation reports and case studies, identifying wins, challenges, and gaps that can be used as key learnings for future project implementations.
Ensure strong, consistent relationships with clients for high satisfaction.
Ensure an accurate assessment of client satisfaction at all times, using various resources (regular daily contacts, weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews).
Establish regular one-on-one contact to foster strong commercial relationships with key client influencers and decision-makers.
Assist CSM in developing and implementing a strategic client management plan to ensure the ongoing success of the relationship.
