- Salary: P 25k P 45k (commensurate with skills and experience).
Work from home setup, providing convenience with no need for long commutes.- This is not a BPO role, and the Client Service Manager will work directly with the management team.
Be responsible for client-facing tasks such as taking phone calls and answering emails for new and existing clients.- Use best practices from training to sell inbound clients on our services, answer customer queries and book their appointments.
Collect all onboarding information from the client or referrer via phone, social media channels and email.
- Booking clients in for initial consultations and scheduling ongoing appointments.
Navigate clients cancellations and rebooking of appointments.- Collaborate with the admin team to work with practitioners and clients on collecting all relevant information, including service agreements and updating details.
Tertiary education and/or Allied Health Qualification or experience is desirable- Any experience in Australian disability and aged care is desirable
Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate and learn new applications and practice management software such as Cliniko.
Customer service focus; demonstrating empathy with outstanding communication and listening skills
- Ability to prioritize work items in order to meet SLAs
