We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Agent with a background in health insurance to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential and existing customers, explaining the benefits of our health insurance products, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a thorough understanding of health insurance products.
- - Outbound and Inbound Calls:* Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries related to health insurance products.
- - Product Knowledge:Maintain a deep understanding of our health insurance products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- - Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customers needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- - Sales Conversion:* Achieve sales targets by effectively pitching health insurance products and closing sales.
- - Customer Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- - Follow-Up:Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or queries.
- - Documentation: Accurately record customer information, sales activities, and other relevant data in the CRM system.
- - Compliance:Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations, especially those related to health insurance sales.
- - Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and share best practices.
- - Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the health insurance industry.
- - Education:High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- - Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of health insurance products and the insurance market.
- - Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and persuasively.
- - Sales Skills:Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- - Customer Service:Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
