Client Service Agent
  • Job Summary:

Primarily, you will be part of the pioneer team of Client Services team in the Philippines. As Executive, you will be responsible for attending to customers queries and escalations. This account is a luxury brand and excellent customer-service is our utmost priority.
  • Must Haves:

At least 5 years backend or client services-related work experience in a luxury retail brand/industry

Excellent English communication skills - 10/10 English fluency and non-neutral, American accent

With laptop to use

Residing within Metro Manila

Willing to work following Eastern US timezone

Willing to work during Philippine weekends and public holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,
  • 00 - Php80,000.00 per month
