About our client:

Our Australia based client is a global training and development company. Working with large corporate clients both nationally and internationally. About the role:

As Client Program Coordinator (CPC), your role is to provide support to our Client Program Managers and assist them with providing the highest standard of service possible to our clients. You will achieve this by supporting them in the management and coordination of all elements of the programs. This is a full-time, ongoing position and you will be working in Australian Time zone. The salary for this role is 47,000 in PHP per month.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the CPM's in the logistical coordination of all programs both in person and virtually
  • Assist with and support the CPM's with building the program in the LMS system and ensuring the correct content and pre-work is stipulated
  • Assisting the CPM's with managing participant movements via calendar invites and participant lists
  • Assist the CPM's with updating workflow to ensure the Client Services Team has a constant visual representation of upcoming projects and the status of associated pre-work
  • Assist with the creation and updating of all program login + delivery details and making sure that all links are working correctly for the facilitation team
  • Assist the CPM's with the pre-work process ensuring all pre-works are received and passed onto the facilitators in a timely manner either in hard or soft copy
  • Collate the post program survey results and share with the CPM's prior to the debrief meeting
  • Working closely with the rest of the CJM team daily and supporting with additional tasks as required
  • Assist the CPM's with maintaining up to date records of all program related changes on the platforms required
  • Assist with the coordination of any participant enquires
  • Research and create LinkedIn profiles for all participants
  • Assist with all pre-program checks and report to the CPM's if there are any anomalies or changes required

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a client-facing or client support role is required.
  • Experience within the coaching and/or education industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, Google, Matrix, and Salesforce are must-haves.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • A related degree-level education is highly desired.
  • Experience and a track record of managing projects are highly desired.
