- Serve as a subject matter expert for the company's software products
Lead the implementation process, from kickoff to completion- Conduct meetings with clients to gather requirements, prepare reports, and track project progress
Create, update, and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation documents
- Setup, test, and deploy system for clients
Provide training for client staff on the usage of new systems and software- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues encountered during various phases of the implementation and after sales process
Collaborate with sales, operations and product team to provide timely resolution of technical issues
- Respond to customer email, chats, and calls regarding implementation and after sales support
Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Quickly pick up and disseminate any updates to the product both to the customers and to the internal teams as needed

Pay: Php20,- 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
