Job Summary- Ucademy is a fast growing educational startup company designed to make the top academic expertise available to all. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is hardworking, willing to learn and has excellent organisational skills.
- You will work with clients to resolve inquiries and answer any queries in line with Ucademy's business needs.
Communicate with current and potential future clients to answer any inquiries.
- Diary management and arranging appointments.
Answer support and service questions.- Follow up on cases and ask for feedback.
Coordinate with other teams within Ucademy to communicate information to those external to Ucademy most effectively.
- Provide insight from clients to assist Marketing.
Offering up ideas of where we can do things better.- Maintenance of our existing projects.
Being the interface between the business and any external agencies we instruct.
- Other duties as instructed by the director.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good computer skills (including social media).
Excellent communication skills- Good organisational skills.
Good at Video Conferencing.
- Being passionate about the job
Ability to show enthusiasm when speaking with clients .- Confident in communication and professional telephone manner.
Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Work confidentially and to required deadlines.
Comfortable working remotely in a small team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php- 85 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
