Job Summary:
The Client Implementation Officer is primarily responsible for the implementation of cash management solutions, ensuring that solutions are delivered in consistent and professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes scoping reports and implementation tracking reports to ensure client profile, workflow, products, system and transactional parameters are accurately defined and working properly.
Ensures client contracts and enrollment documents are filed and safe kept accordingly.- Performs risk and cost benefit analysis
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any business-related courses
Experience:
At least 1 year banking experience or IT background
