Responsible for:
The Client Experience Specialists will be responsible for mostly clerical and administrative duties. The CE Specialist will assist the CE Account Manager
and Senior CE Specialists in completing tasks such as filing of reports,
taking down minutes of the meetings, cost sheet updates, filing of financial reports &forms, assist in seat arrangements for client expansions, create
tickets for New Hire requirements such as computer, email, and logins,
Microstatus schedule plotting, Microstatus logins, NHO scheduling,
ticketing for BOM, and ticketing for setup of equipment. The Client
Experience Specialist can be considered as someone being developed for
the Sr. CE Specialist post.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to all accounts on shift.
- Responsible in tracking all deliverable of Operations for each clients handled.
- Responsible in reporting attendance of all clients handled.
- Responsible in documentation of HR Related Corrective Actions and making sure it kept in file 202 - for all clients handled.
- Responsible in filing tickets to Shared Services (HR, Facilities, Finance, Recruitment, IT and Ops) - and monitor the progress for all clients handled.
- Ready to step in as the POC whenever the Account Manager is out.
- Willing to handle other administrative tasks that may be requested by the client, other departments or the Operations
- Assist CE Managers and Account Managers from time to time.
- Documents Minutes of the Meeting with the Shared Services Department, Clients or Client leads.
- Handles Cash Advance and Liquidation for Ops and Clients handled.
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Typical Experience
- Bacheloru0027s degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in client services or BPO, demonstrating advanced skills in client relationship management and issue resolution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
