As the Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading the firm's business development efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing winning proposals. You will collaborate with Studio Directors and the Proposals/Contracts Team to deliver value-adding and strategic marketing solutions across a range of the firm's business areas.Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research and intelligence gathering
Performing comprehensive analyses of the competitive landscape, stakeholders, and trends shaping the market- Defining market strategy for the sectors and identifying competitive advantages
Managing new business development activities including potential client and lead tracking
- Leading proposal and qualifications submission and curating impactful image-driven portfolios of the firm's work
Identifying client success and nurturing programs, ensuring continuous building of long-term relationships with clients and partners- Representing the firm in client and professional organizations, attending functions as appropriate and nurturing new business leads
Essential skills for this role include:
- Solid understanding of various project typologies, scopes of services, and deliverables in architecture, planning, interior design, EGD, and VDC
Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to develop collaborative relationships within the firm and externally
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong visual and storytelling ability
Ability to work effectively in an environment with multiple deadlines and stakeholders, executing and prioritizing tasks efficiently and accurately- Strong interpersonal skills and a disposition that is positive and professional
Ability to handle confidential matters related to clients, projects, and fees range
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with other software like Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite CS6, and CRM

Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering, or a related design degree, and a minimum of 10 years of working experience.
