Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related design field.
A minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in business development, client engagement, or a related role.- Strong leadership and management abilities, with a proven track record of fostering collaboration within teams and with external partners.
In-depth knowledge of various project types, scopes of services, and deliverables in architecture, planning, interior design, EGD, and VDC.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to convey ideas visually and through storytelling.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and diverse stakeholders, ensuring tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information related to clients, projects, and fee structures.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with familiarity in Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite CS6, and CRM systems.
