ROLE SUMMARYOur client is looking for a Client Engagement Associate, who will be responsible for connecting with clients and booking coaches for them based on their business needs. This role will manage a group of coaches and will utilize CRM software and marketing channels in aiming to keep them engaged.
- SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (8:00 PM 5:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
Select, engage, and book people using LinkedIn Recruiter- Manage up to 8 coaches and help generate at least 300 leads daily via LinkedIn Recruiter
Utilize marketing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and texting depending on the project
- Use pre-written scripts for engagement and be able to go off-script as necessary after training
Utilize and be proficient with ESC2 (CRM), and You Can Book Me
A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred- At least one year of experience in lead generation and/or appointment setting for international clients
Ability to qualify and prioritize leads effectively
- Demonstrated success in client engagement with measurable results
Strong written and verbal English skills- Detail-oriented and has excellent time management skills
Ability to own tasks and be a team player
- Experience in a multi-client environment
Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications- Ability to function in an autonomous environmentindependent worker, self-directed
