Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Client Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. As a remote position, you will work closely with clients from various international markets, ensuring their needs are met while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Proactively engage with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Communication & Problem-Solving

  • Address client inquiries across multiple channels (email, phone, chat) with a professional, friendly, and empathetic approach.
  • Resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive client experience and high levels of satisfaction.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales and support, to ensure smooth delivery of services and products that meet client expectations.

Target Achievement & Upselling

  • Meet and exceed client engagement and retention targets, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

Lead Generation & New Business Opportunities

  • Proactively generate leads within the existing client base and identify new business opportunities to support business growth.

Client Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather and analyze client feedback, providing insights to improve service delivery, product offerings, and client experience.

Adaptability & Flexibility

  • Work rotational hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients in various time zones.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A degree in any field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage professionally and effectively with clients.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong skills in proactively addressing and resolving client issues.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and platforms to manage client relationships and internal collaboration.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to rotational hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet international client needs.

Desired Qualities:

  • Exceptional Communication: Clear, articulate, and engaging communication style; soothing and professional tone.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence, able to read situations accurately and respond appropriately to maintain positive client interactions.
  • LinkedIn Expertise: Skilled in LinkedIn outreach, with a well-maintained professional LinkedIn presence to connect with potential clients and leads.
  • Research Skills: Proficient in conducting thorough research on platforms like LinkedIn to develop well-informed, client-focused proposals.
  • Conversational Skills: Capable of engaging and dynamic conversation, keeping discussions relevant and valuable.

WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
  • Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
  • Laptop or desktop with updated operating system (at least core i5 or higher).
  • Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
  • Headset with microphone for clear communication.
  • Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
  • Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
  • Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
