Client Claims Representative.

The Client Claims Representative is an expert in both
EZ Claims software and the broader claims process. Their responsibilities include cultivating positive relationships with our clients and facilitating the onboarding of new clients. This role involves analyzing claim trends to assist clients in achieving their objectives and maximizing the benefits of our services. This is achieved through sharing best practices, recommending process enhancements, and delivering software training and support. Additionally, they will assist in claims processing, manage communications with carriers and clients, and collaborate with internal teams to fulfill daily responsibilities.
- Strong, well-developed interpersonal skills are needed to develop and maintain a working relationship with clients as well as work effectively with internal personnel, Clients, and Carriers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Excel.- A strong ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, at all levels.
A high level of analytical skills to identify trends and make suggestions to clients for improvements.
- A general level of knowledge acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of customer relations experience in a technical service environment.
