Handle communication through appropriate channels
Data entry, update notes, and statuses
Coordinating with vendors and maintenance
Scheduling maintenance
Additional admin tasks as needed
Experience and Proficiency
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Should have client care or customer service experience either from corporate set-up or as a VA

Should have experience in short-term rental space handling customers
