_- Greet and welcome clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Assist clients in selecting merchandise, offering expert advice on product features, materials, and styling.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary items to maximize sales potential.
Process transactions efficiently and professionally.- Provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction.
_Client Relationship Management
_- Build and maintain relationships with a high-end clientele.
Understand client preferences and anticipate their needs.
- Personalize the shopping experience, offering recommendations and special services.
Follow up with clients after their purchase.
_Product Knowledge

Experience in luxury retail sales or a related field (e.g., fashion, jewelry)
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and exceed sales targets.
