Job Description

Outsource Access is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This unique role combines client acquisition with essential business administrative support, ensuring the growth of our client base and effective operational management for clients outsourcing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage potential clients through prospecting methods including calls, emails, and networking events
  • Understand client needs to tailor Outsource Access's virtual assistant solutions to meet business goals
  • Present our services to potential clients, highlighting our value proposition to facilitate conversions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and retention
  • Track, follow up, and manage sales pipelines to ensure timely closure of deals
  • Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns for client acquisition
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, analyzing market trends and client feedback
  • Pull and review outsourcing demands, assigning project engineers for specific countries
  • Follow guidelines for nominating pre-selected outsourcing partners on service contracts, ensuring contractual compliance
  • Vet, renew, modify, and manage subcontracting partnerships through RFQ processes
  • Maintain and update the vendor database with vendor details, locations, and SLAs
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls with clients, partners, and vendors to manage outsourcing needs and strengthen relationships
  • Attend weekly KPI meetings to track and report progress on business development activities
  • Assist in reviewing outsourcing data, providing insights for business decisions
  • Track and organize activities via Smartsheet or similar project management tools

Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Client Acquisition Specialist, Sales Representative, Business Administrative Assistant, or similar role in a service-oriented business
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation, and client relationship building
  • Preferably with experience in the Real Estate industry
  • Experience in managing outsourcing, vendor relations, and subcontracting processes
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Smartsheet (a plus)
  • Familiarity with RFQ processes, vendor database management, and SLA analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred
