We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Video Production Client Acquisition Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing in new clients, negotiating costs and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- In-charge of generating leads and bringing in new clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Research new opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
- Prepare and present reviewed and approved proposals
- Draft and maintain contract details such as engagement dates, cost estimates, special conditions, and flag up accounts contracts that are nearing renewal/end date (if applicable)
- Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
- Lead negotiation agreements as aligned and approved by Vibetribe Leadership
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in video production demands
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in video production and/or business development
- Bachelor's degree holder in Marketing, Business, Sales, Advertising, Communications, or any related field is preferred. Career shifters are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work on holidays, weekends, and at different shifts.
- Fluid in adapting to ever-changing work-setup from Full WFH to deployed on site depending on the requirements of the clients and/or business
- Able to travel to local and international destinations without restrictions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent account or project management skills
- Have basic understanding of video production processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of video production budgeting and costing
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principle
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid passport holder
- A valid driver's license holder is an advantage
