The Role
Core Tasks
- Manage marketing projects using ClickUp, ensuring tasks are tracked and completed on time.
- Organize and maintain documentation related to marketing initiatives and external agency projects.
- Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment and task completion.
- Attend and lead meetings to capture notes, manage agendas, and update project statuses.
- Coordinate with other departments to assist with broader project management beyond marketing as needed.
The Requirements
Must-have
- 2-3 years of experience in project management within a marketing or operations team.
- Expertise in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work MST.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Familiarity with Slack, Teams and Outlook.
- Experience working with marketing agencies or external partners.
- Familiarity with task automation in project management tools.
