Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Current R.N license
- 5+ years of nursing experience working in geriatrics, long term care and/or chronic illness fields
- Work within the Long-Term Care industry desirable
- Geriatric nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams as well as work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to contact providers for clarification needed in order to determine benefit eligibility
- Fluency with MS Office and ability to learn new computer applications easily
