Job Description
The duties of a Claims Associate may include, but are not limited, to the following:- Receiving claims advice and advises claimant/s or required documents and claims procedures.
Sorting and receiving claim documents.
Ensures the equitable distribution of newly registered claims, and immediately forwards to the concerned Processor the additional claim documents received.- Assists in the post auditing of claims settled by the Extension Offices to ensure that all settlements are in accord with the insurance policy conditions and standard claims procedures.
Qualifications- No related experience needed.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
- Modern office facilities and use of computer equipment; proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation applications
Standard and accepted usage of the English language including spelling, punctuation, and grammar.- Composition writing / presentation skills
Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
